Policies:
-Cancellation
Missed appointments or late cancellations; without 24 hour notice, will be charged 50% of service. No shows will be charged the full service amount. You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees. Not paying late or missed appointment fees subject you to no longer booking until paid. So please stay in touch & keep us updated.
-Tardiness
Please arrive on time for your appointment so you can enjoy your full service; you may come early & lounge outside the spa. If you are running late your treatment may be shortened to respect the next clients time. Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule; depending on service & a cancellation fee may apply.
-Sickness
If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment for another time. For the safety of all clients & myself, sick appointments may be refused & rescheduled. This helps keep Aubrey's Aesthetics safe & clean.
-Refunds & Returns
All service & product sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
